Terms:

The FCC’s Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a federal government benefit program, which offers a discount on internet service to eligible households from any participating provider. Program and discount are subject to change. The ACP benefit is non-transferable, and is limited to one monthly discount and one connected device per household (participating providers). The customer remains responsible for their monthly payment to Glenwood. Should the ACP end, or a household become ineligible, the subscriber will be subject to the provider’s regular rates, terms and conditions. Subscribers must apply for the ACP and meet the eligibility requirements as set forth by the FCC.

All consumers have a right to file a complaint with the FCC regarding the ACP supported service or difficulties enrolling in the ACP.  The FCC’s Consumer Complaint Center for ACP can be found at https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov or by calling 1-888-225-5322.
