How do I change my email password?
You need to contact the Glenwood Help Desk at 1-866-756-4746 or 402-756-3131.
How do I sign up for paperless billing?

When will I receive my bill each month?
Customers will receive their bill on or around the first of each month.
When is my bill due each month?
Bills are due on the 10th of each month.
What month am I paying for?
Services are billed for the month, with the exception of long-distance charges, which are billed for charges from the previous month.
For example, an October 1st bill will include October’s phone and Internet charges, plus the long-distance accrued during September’s billing cycle.
I don’t understand how to read my bill. What does everything mean?
